Stevenage Festival update – on the radio, volunteering and spreading the word

The start of Stevenage’s 2020 Beer & Cider Festival is fast approaching and the news is spreading through various media.

To help spread the word, David Hardingham, our Festival Organiser, appeared on SG1 Radio Stevenage’s ‘Slava and a Bloke Called Trev’s Pik’n’Mix’ show on Wednesday 22nd, January. David shared information about the Stevenage festival and how, more broadly, CAMRA North Herts branch promotes real ale and cider and pubs in the branch, including monthly socials in our towns and minibus trips to our villages. David also talked about the Hitchin festival which we run in collaboration with Hitchin Rugby Club and Round Table. You’re still in time if you’d like to volunteer for a spell or two at festival. If you do, as with our previous festivals, you’ll be eligible to receive free beer tokens to spend at the festival and a free festival souvenir glass.
